House of Lords Plans

The Emperor has expressed plans for creating a House of Lords in the Imperial Parliament. If created, the House of Lords would be able to enact laws without the Emperor and enact amendments to the Constitution with 3/4ths of the people's acceptance.

Furthermore, the House of Lords would be from every state as the Lord from each state would be present at the meetings.

New Ministry Plans

As well as the plans for the House of Lords, the Emperor has also wanted to create the Ministry of Science and Technology taking over the FNSAT, the Forestrian National Space Administration and Technologies, from the DoFaIR to the Ministry of Science and Tech.
